150 Families, One Showroom, and a Whole Lot of Candy!

About 150 families came out to our first-ever Trunk or Treat, and we’re still smiling about it.

Halloween on East Tremont

On Friday, October 31, from four to six PM, we cleared the showroom at 2541 East Tremont Avenue, our whole team decorated our car trunks, and we opened the doors to the neighborhood.

Costumes everywhere. Kids running from trunk to trunk. Parents catching up with neighbors they hadn’t seen in a while. For a couple of hours our showroom was the best place in the neighborhood to be, and getting to host it is exactly why Jason wanted this dealership.

This came together because some wonderful organizations said yes.

The Bronx Children’s Museum brought an art activation table and ran it all afternoon, and the kids loved it. They’re at 725 Exterior Street, and they recently became the first Bronx institution in forty-seven years to join New York City’s Cultural Institutions Group, which is a proud moment for the whole borough. Take your family, they’re terrific.

Golden Corral came through for us and helped make the day happen.

From The Bronx helped us pull it all together, spread the word across the borough and showed up in full costume to give away Bronx themed treats.

We’re grateful to all three, and we hope this is the first of many.

Just a good afternoon

There was no sign-up sheet at the entrance and no sales pitch. You came for candy, you got candy, and everybody went home happy.

That’s what we want this place to be. Since August 1, 2025, Jason has been clear that Honda of The Bronx should be a real part of this neighborhood, not just a business located in it. Days like this are what that looks like.
